The deletation occurs in both sides, i means the mails got deleted in recepient mail box also.
Only in the case if it is not opened by receiver.

Why? Message still unread, so no one will cry... But if you sent something accidentally or change your mind about sending, it's better way to delete your message (and write a new one, for example)
