Help me in this script

Hi friends i am uploading to this script in my site,

The Script is 100% working. And very Beoutifull functions of this Chat rooms script. But my Created Rooms are not shown in http://mysite.com/chat/index.php
i don't understand to it why ? Please help me developers. I am very like to this script function.

I am dos'nt install to it. Becouse installiton shown error (ERROR: there are no languages for installation) i am just uploaded in my public_html and unzip to it.
