how to add .apk for android and .ipa for iphone?

got a problem where to edit and add .apk for android phone and .ipa for iphone phone extension when uploading.. I want that extension to be included when uploading a file.. By the way, i'm using johncms 4.2.. Please help me anyone.. I need it badly..

thats 1 option.. But i want .apk or .ipa to be supported.. Where am gonna edit it? Anyone knows?

Edit forum index.php & add those lines in .htaccess file
AddType application/vnd.android.package-archive .apk
AddType application/octet-stream .ipa
AddType application/vnd.android.package-archive .apk
AddType application/octet-stream .ipa
