Johncms 4.3.0 have an error when download topic,(bad data) ,it not have mod translit ( form setting of user not have a checkbox use or not use translit) ???

vietnamese language also need translit, not only ru and uk,

i think johncms build 888 have a bug in /users/includes/profile/settings.php it will be double load, example time shift +6, it will be +12 ....,can't download topic ,i think bug in functions::format
